The World Association of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (WAOPRS) was established on 18th December 2018 by Dr. Niraj Kumar Yadav, an eminent ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

WAOPRS was founded with the vision of bringing together oculoplastic surgeons from across the globe on a unified platform. The association is dedicated to fostering collaboration, academic exchange, research, and innovation in the field of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
